About the Role
Hiring for the position of Holiday Sales Consultant for a UK-based tour operator.
Location
- Janakpuri, West Delhi
- Preferred: Candidates from West Delhi or nearby areas due to late working hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle holiday enquiries through chat, email, social media, and calls.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare holiday quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Upsell/cross-sell hotels, upgrades, transfers, excursions, and tours.
- Handle follow-ups, objections, and customer relationships.
- Achieve sales, conversion, and profitability targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Travel Sales experience (for experienced candidates).
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome.
- 1 to 2.5 Years of experience in Travel Sales (for experienced candidates).
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 + Incentives for Freshers.
- Experienced candidates: Salary as per profile.
- Shift:
- Female: 1 PM to 10 PM
- Male: 4 PM to 1 AM
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
