About the Role
The Apprentice will undergo practical training and gain hands-on experience in the assigned department at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the assigned department with daily operational activities.
- Support team members in completing routine tasks and assignments.
- Maintain records, documentation, and files as required.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
- Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings.
- Learn relevant systems, tools, and processes used by the department.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
