About the Role
We're hiring an HR Intern at Project C Foundation. This is a remote, unpaid internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent sourcing: Find and attract candidates through professional networks and job boards.
- Screening: Review applications and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
- Interview coordination: Schedule and conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet.
- Tracker management: Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment spreadsheets in Google Workspace.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic English proficiency
- Interest in building a career in HR and recruitment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Google Meet
