What to Expect
- A three-year vocational training program, combining practical training at our facility with block instruction at the Walter Gropius School in Erfurt.
- Inter-company training at the Erfurt Educational Center, including accommodation in a dormitory (costs covered).
- You will learn the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and repair of the asphalt mixing plant.
- You will be significantly involved in the production of asphalt types, gain knowledge of them, and gradually take on more responsibility.
Requirements
- A school-leaving certificate, ideally a Mittlere Reife or Abitur.
- At least satisfactory grades in science subjects.
- Interest in technology, machinery, and manual work.
- Enthusiasm and motivation to join our small team at the plant.
