About the Role
Apprentice F&B Service role at MERCURE LUCKNOW GOMTI NAGAR, hiring through Hosco.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up restaurants, banquet areas, and service stations.
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the relevant departments.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.
- Support banquet and event operations as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Handle service equipment correctly and maintain it in good condition.

Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or any other equivalent Qualification.
- Candidates must have successfully completed their Industrial Training.
