About the Role

This full-time, on-site Associate role is based in Shirur and supports daily manufacturing and operational activities within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with production tasks such as operating machinery, handling materials, performing basic assembly or packaging work, and following standardized work instructions.
• Monitor product quality.
• Report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education (10+2) or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, electronics, or related fields is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Shirur in a shift-based environment, stand for extended periods, and follow all health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse setting is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated applicants willing to learn.
