About the Role

CliniLaunch Research Institute is seeking a Clinical Research Trainer for its academic team in Cochin. The role involves educating and preparing students for careers in the clinical research industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom-based training on clinical research fundamentals and advanced concepts.
• Explain clinical trial processes, protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide practical knowledge and industry-oriented insights.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
• Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock sessions.
• Mentor students and clarify academic and subject-related queries.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Stay updated with clinical research trends, guidelines, and industry developments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong subject knowledge in Clinical Research.
• Good understanding of clinical trials, GCP, and clinical research processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply and practically.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
• Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy)

Experience

• Candidates with relevant clinical research industry experience are preferred.
• Prior teaching, academic, or clinical research training experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may apply.

Work Location: Ernakulam, Cochin, Kerala.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Offline.
