Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end RTV operations, from RTV Creation to final dispatch.
- Generate picklists, process returns, and manage box closing activities with help of Warehouse Employee.
- Ensure timely movement of RTVs through Packed and Ready-to-Ship stages.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, vendors, and transport partners for smooth dispatches.
- Manage Debit Notes (DN), invoices, and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and Credit Notes.
- Track RTV status, resolve operational discrepancies, and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all RTV transactions are updated in the ERP system.
Qualifications
- Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in Supply chain and Operations.
- 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.
