Campus Management Trainee

About the Role

This role assists the R&D team in the design and development of electrical products and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the R&D team in the design and development of electrical products and components.
• Support preparation and maintenance of engineering drawings, design specifications, and technical documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams on product development and design improvement initiatives.
• Assist in prototype development, product testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct basic technical analysis to support product performance, quality, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and internal quality requirements.
• Maintain design records and support continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in new product development of wiring devices electromechanical products.
• LCM of wiring devices products.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good fundamental knowledge of engineering concepts.
• Understanding of basic electrical circuits, electrical components, and engineering principles.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering design tools will be an advantage.
• Awareness of 3D software such as Catia will be an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
