About the Role

The Graduate Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The trainee will support consulting projects by collecting and analyzing operational data, assisting in process mapping, and preparing reports and presentations under supervision. The position offers structured learning, mentoring, and exposure to real-world performance improvement engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consulting projects by collecting and analyzing operational data.
• Assist in process mapping.
• Prepare reports and presentations under supervision.
• Learn and apply basic ISO, Six Sigma, and Lean concepts.
• Participate in client meetings.
• Contribute to documentation and audit preparation.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to implement improvement initiatives, track progress, and document outcomes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge or strong interest in quality management and process improvement (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean, OPEX).
• Analytical and quantitative skills, including data collection, basic statistical analysis, and problem-solving.
• Business and communication skills such as report writing, presentation preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow structured methodologies, and work accurately with detailed documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional work ethic.
• Willingness to work on-site at client locations within the Greater Ahmedabad Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Industrial Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Exposure to internships, academic projects, or certifications in quality, ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma will be considered beneficial.
