About the Role
- End-to-end recruitment services for a consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and validating candidates from portals and as per client specifications.
- Conducting telephonic interviews.
- Coordinating with candidates for interviews.
- Lining up candidates for final round interviews with the Regional Head HR.
- Delivering revenue goals as planned for the business unit.
- Engaging with clients and playing an active role in account growth.
- Preparing and maintaining candidate databases.
- Following up with clients and candidates until joining.
- Working within defined quality parameters.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Qualifications
- Minimum 0 - 6 years of experience in recruitment.
- Energetic and keen on interacting with people.
- Good communication skills and effective convincing capabilities.
- Confident and smart.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Job Location: East Delhi (Nirman Vihar)
Salary: 12K to 18K Monthly + Attractive Incentive
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
