Axiom Business Analyst at ERNST YOUNG LLP.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Reporting & Business Analysis
• Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements.
• Translate regulatory reporting requirements into functional specifications for AXIOM implementation.
• Perform gap analysis between current and target-state regulatory reporting processes.
• Define business rules, data mappings, validation rules, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off activities.
• AXIOM Implementation & Transformation
• Participate in AXIOM platform implementation, migration, transition, and transformation programs.
• Configure and validate regulatory reporting requirements within AXIOM.
• Support data sourcing, data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
• Work with technical teams on AXIOM data models and reporting architecture.
• Ensure accurate generation of regulatory returns and compliance reporting outputs.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Interpret and implement reporting requirements issued by global regulatory bodies.
• Analyze regulatory changes and assess impact on reporting frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory guidelines and reporting standards.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to regulatory reporting.
