Job Title: Human Resource - Paid Internship - Welfare and Self-Reliance
About the Role
This position is primarily for educational or religious purposes, providing valuable educational experiences for the Intern. It offers an opportunity to see how principles and practices learned in educational institutions are applied in an actual work setting.
Key Responsibilities
Under general supervision, the Intern performs work as assigned by the department.
- Receives assignments from supervising staff.
- Meets rigid and challenging deadlines.
- Works in harmony with other people.
- Takes direction on each assignment.
- Gives full attention to detail.
- Demonstrates independence in working, tact, and diplomacy.
- Applies sound judgment of Church doctrine, history, organization, policy, and protocol.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Responsibilities may vary by assignment depending on department and need.
- The Manager reviews the Intern's work occasionally.
- The supervisor reviews each assignment as it is completed.
Qualifications
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
- Must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
- Qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation.
