Entry Level Recruiter

About the Role

The Recruiting team is responsible for finding sales talent nationwide. You will own the entire candidate search process while managing the needs of your dedicated on-site hiring manager. The role emphasizes a sense of urgency and the ability to drive results. No experience is necessary, and comprehensive paid training will be provided, making it ideal for recent graduates.

What You'll Do

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless initial onboarding experience for candidates.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
