About the Role
Find Me is an innovative startup focused on creating cutting-edge applications. We are currently in the designing phase and are gearing up to launch our product soon. Our team is passionate about technology and driven to make a difference in the IT field.
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern with knowledge of the IT field, specifically in application design and development. This is an unpaid internship that offers valuable hands-on experience in HR recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job roles on various platforms.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Make cold calls to prospective students.
- Assist in the overall recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the development and design teams to understand the specific requirements for each role.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge of the IT field, particularly in application design and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (preferred).
