About the Role
Spes Staffing Solutions is hiring for an International Voice, Chat, and Blended Process. This role involves handling customer queries across multiple communication channels. Night shifts and rotational shifts are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (US / UK / AUS).
- 5 days working + 2 rotational week offs.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate (All streams eligible).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Minimum 6 months of experience preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: 22,000 – 27,000 in-hand.
- Experienced: 32,000 – 50,000 in-hand.
- CTC: 3.5 LPA – 6.7 LPA.
