Product Development Manager (Candles & Ceramics)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate individual who enjoys working with art, crafts and handmade decorative products. The candidate will be involved in designing, creating and finishing artistic candles, handicrafts and home décor products. The role requires someone with a good creative sense, attention to detail and an interest in experimenting with different materials, textures, colours and artistic techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design artistic and decorative candles.
• Work on handmade handicrafts and home décor products.
• Perform painting, detailing, designing and decorative finishing.
• Develop new creative designs, patterns and product concepts.
• Experiment with different materials, colours and textures.
• Assist in developing new product collections.
• Ensure quality, finishing and aesthetic appeal of products.
• Work with the production team to execute creative designs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good artistic and creative abilities.
• Knowledge or interest in painting, handicrafts, candle-making and decorative arts.
• Good understanding of colours, patterns and design aesthetics.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work with different materials and tools.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new techniques.

Qualifications

Freshers with strong artistic skills are welcome. Candidates with experience in handicrafts, handmade products, painting, candle-making or home décor will be preferred.

Compensation

₹20,000 per month
