About the Role
We are seeking young and energetic fresh graduates/diploma holders interested in a career in B2B Sales and Business Development. This full-time, field sales role involves learning to handle the sales of HDPE Pipes, LDPE Films, LDPE Sheets, and Plastic/Polymer Products for industrial and agricultural applications.
Location: Badli Industrial Area, Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on knowledge and suitability)
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and industrial customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Promote and sell HDPE Pipes and LDPE Films Sheets.
- Develop and maintain dealer/distributor networks.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for orders and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales/business development.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates/diploma holders welcome.
- Preferred educational backgrounds include:
- B.Sc. Agriculture
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Polymer/Plastics, Production, Industrial, or Agriculture.
