Key Responsibilities
- Verifying documentation as per defined requirements
- Reviewing and auditing cases based on predefined checklists
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve ambiguities
- Making decisions on required actions based on report quality
- Escalating matters when necessary
