- UK Process
- Not hardcore sales, but upselling to existing customers.
- Upselling involves resolving customer queries regarding telecom, broadband, and TV connections, and then suggesting suitable plan upgrades.
- No cold calling or selling to strangers.
- UK shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle existing customers contacting for queries about their telecom, broadband, and TV connections.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Suggest better plans or plan upgrades that suit customer needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped incentives based on performance.
- Monthly Take Home (before cab deductions):
- Freshers: 19,445
- Experienced: 22,800
- Cab Facility: Charges are deducted from monthly salary.
- During training (general shift, 9 AM - 6 PM):
- Male & Female: Two-way cab charged at 2,700.
- After training (UK shift):
- Female: One way free, other way 1,350.
- Male: Two-way cab charged at 2,700 (if opted for).
- Male candidates can opt out of the cab service to avoid deduction.
- In-hand salary after cab charges:
- Freshers:
- During training (general shift): 16,745
- After training (UK shift), Female: 18,095
- After training (UK shift), Male with cab: 16,745
- After training (UK shift), Male without cab: 19,445
- Experienced:
- During training (general shift): 20,100
- After training (UK shift), Female: 21,450
- After training (UK shift), Male with cab: 20,100
- After training (UK shift), Male without cab: 22,800
Training
- 1 month duration.
- Initially in a general shift (9 AM – 6 PM).
