About the Role
Kickstart your HR career with EdLernity as an HR Intern. Gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a remote, work-from-home internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain HR records and databases
- Support employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with different departments
- Assist with HR documentation and daily operations
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers and students are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of HR is a plus
