About the Role
Bethlix Technologies Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and confident candidates for the position of BPO Service Executive in Bengaluru. This role involves connecting with automobile dealerships to introduce a digital platform, generate business leads, and assist with the registration and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact automobile dealers to explain the platform's benefits and generate interest.
- Assist interested dealers with the registration process.
- Collect dealership information and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with dealers.
- Share information through WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily calling and onboarding reports.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle phone calls and follow-ups professionally.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, or customer relationship management is preferred.
