About the Role
The Sales Intern role at RecruGI is a remote internship designed to support the growth of the company’s client base and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching potential clients
- Initiating outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms
- Assisting in presenting RecruGI’s recruitment services to prospective partners
- Responding to client inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions
- Supporting follow-up activities to nurture relationships
- Collaborating with the team on sales strategies
- Participating in training sessions
- Contributing to improving client communication materials
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management
- Willingness to learn and participate in training related to sales techniques and recruitment processes
- Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and online communication tools
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and strong time management skills
- Pursuing education in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field
- Prior internship or sales exposure is a plus but not required.
