Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to recover outstanding loans from defaulting customers.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize loan defaults and improve collection efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recovery process.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of credit underwriting, risk management, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
