- Voice Process Executive - Accounts Receivable (AR)
Location
- Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies on claim status and payments.
- Resolve unpaid claims and outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
- Develop professional communication and healthcare domain expertise.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills.
- Candidates willing to work in the US Night Shift.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Any Degree (Except Life Science Graduates & MBA Graduates).
Shift Details
- Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
- Monday to Friday.
- Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off.
- Pick-up & Drop Cab Facility Available.
