What You Will Do
- Examine title documents such as sale deeds, settlement deeds, patta, chitta, EC, and parent documents.
- Trace chain of title and flag gaps, encumbrances, and legal risks.
- Assist in drafting legal scrutiny reports and title opinions under senior review.
- Work alongside our tech team to improve how documents are reviewed and reported.
Who Can Apply
- Fresh law graduates (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB).
- Enrolled with the Bar Council (candidates with enrollment in process may also apply).
- Ability to read and understand property documents in Tamil.
- Good written and spoken communication in English.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn and work independently.
