About the Role
We are looking for a curious, product-minded intern to help build the next generation of HR technology products, spanning marketplace experiences, intelligent discovery and agentic AI. You will work on understanding user problems, improving how HR professionals discover and evaluate solutions, and exploring how AI agents can make these experiences smarter, faster and more intuitive.
Key Responsibilities
- Research user needs, HRTech products, competitors and emerging AI capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketplace experiences and product discovery.
- Translate ideas into product requirements, user journeys and feature concepts.
- Explore AI-powered search, recommendations and agentic discovery workflows.
- Collaborate with design and technology teams to test ideas and improve product experiences.
- Analyse feedback and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates interested in product management, technology, business or HRTech.
- Strong product thinking, analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Curious about AI, LLMs, AI agents and how technology solves real-world problems.
- Someone who enjoys exploring products, questioning assumptions and turning ideas into solutions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving environment.
You don't need to be an AI expert. We are looking for someone who thinks like a product builder, learns fast and is excited to shape how HR professionals discover and use technology.
