About the Role
JLF STRATX is an institutional transformation company working across strategy, healthcare, technology, education, talent, and infrastructure. They focus on helping clients strengthen systems, build capabilities, and achieve sustainable growth. This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams with research, data collection, and basic analysis across sectors.
- Prepare presentations.
- Draft documents.
- Assist with reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Organize project information.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to meetings by capturing notes and action items.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and summarize key insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic presentation and documentation abilities.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or similar tools.
- Willingness to learn new digital tools.
- Ability to collaborate in a team.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work responsibly in an on-site environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in strategy, healthcare, technology, education, or institutional development.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related disciplines).
- Prior internship or project experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
