About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in Bengaluru. The HR professional will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for staff across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage attendance and payroll inputs.
• Support performance reviews.
• Administer employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate personnel records.
• Implement HR policies.
• Address employee queries.
• Foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives for bakery and store teams.
• Collaborate closely with management to ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Support staffing needs as the brand expands.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in HRIS or basic HR-related software tools.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of local labor laws and statutory compliance in India, particularly for service and retail sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or food service environments is preferred.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain clear HR Policies and processes, aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Experience managing Employee Benefits and basic Personnel Management, including records, contracts, and attendance/payroll inputs.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and outlets.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Compensation

• Salary package 3,00,000 CTC - 6,00,000 CTC based on experience.
