About the Role
Krishvi Group is a Bengaluru-based real estate developer seeking Junior Architects with a strong inclination towards design development, visualisation, and architectural tools. This role is suited for architects who enjoy translating ideas into drawings, models, and clear visual narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in concept design and design development
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations
- Develop 3D models and design visuals for internal reviews and client presentations
- Support senior architects in refining form, proportion, materiality, and spatial clarity
- Prepare schematic drawings, diagrams, and design documentation
- Coordinate design outputs across stages
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AutoCAD – strong drafting and drawing control (mandatory)
- SketchUp – for quick massing and design exploration
- Rendering tools such as Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
- Adobe Photoshop – for diagrams, post-production, and presentation graphics
- Basic understanding of InDesign / Illustrator is a plus
- Ability to convert design intent into clear visual communication
Qualifications
- B.Arch / M.Arch graduate
- 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong design portfolios are welcome)
- Good sense of scale, proportion, and spatial thinking
- Curiosity towards architecture, materials, and design logic
- Willingness to learn and iterate
- Clear communication and discipline with drawings and files
- Work experience in Residential projects is an added advantage
