About the Role
The Field Executive will be responsible for acquiring new vendors and ensuring their successful onboarding onto the ZIPamart platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and retail outlets to acquire new vendors.
- Explain ZIPamart's business model, benefits, and onboarding process.
- Complete vendor registration and collect required business documents.
- Assist vendors with adding a minimum of 50 SKUs, including product details, pricing, and images.
- Help vendors install and understand the ZIPamart application.
- Provide basic app training and ensure vendors are ready to receive orders.
- Maintain daily visit reports and achieve assigned onboarding targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Kannada is mandatory.
- English/Hindi preferred.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru local markets.
- Willingness to travel across assigned areas.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales / vendor onboarding.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
