Azure AI & Cloud Engineering Graduate

About the Role

New Scaler is looking for a motivated graduate or early-career engineer to build a career across Microsoft Azure, Cloud Architecture, and Generative AI. We are more interested in strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, good English communication, and a genuine willingness to learn. Years of commercial experience are not required.

What You'll Work On

You will gain practical exposure to technologies including:

• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Foundry
• Generative AI and LLM applications
• AI Agents
• RAG and Azure AI Search
• Python and REST APIs
• Azure Functions and application services
• Azure networking, security, and identity
• Azure API Management
• GitHub and Azure DevOps
• CI/CD and cloud deployment
• Monitoring and troubleshooting
• Azure solution architecture

You will work on supervised engineering assignments, participate in technical discussions, and receive feedback from experienced engineers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Mandatory Microsoft Certifications:

• AZ-104 – Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• AZ-305 – Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• AI-103 – Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate

All three certifications are mandatory and will be independently verified through your Microsoft Learn credential profile.

Qualifications

In addition to the mandatory Microsoft certifications, you should have:

• Good spoken and written English
• Basic Python knowledge
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and Git
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn independently
• Confidence participating in video meetings with a UK-based team
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Compensation & Career Progression

• First 3 months: ₹20,000/month paid probation.
• Strong performers may be offered a permanent Azure AI / Cloud Engineering position with a market-aligned salary following successful completion of the probation period and technical assessment.
