About the Role
Food Forward Consulting is looking for an Associate Food Technologist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new food concepts.
- Review food safety and quality standards.
- Create product formulations aligned with business objectives.
- Perform laboratory analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with sensory evaluation and flavor profiling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical software.
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and external clients.
Qualifications
- Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3+ years of experience in product development or food processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and analytical methods is a plus.
