Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates through offer and joining to drive closures.
- Maintain candidate trackers and applicant records.
- Help write job descriptions and recruitment outreach messages.
- Research talent markets and compile hiring insights for clients.
Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates in HR, MBA, BBA, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Organised, curious, and comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel.
- Motivated by results and comfortable with incentive-based earnings.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
- Available for 3 months.
What We Offer
- Closure-based incentive on every successful closure, with incentive terms shared during the interview process.
- Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment for real clients.
- Mentorship from an experienced recruiter (SHRM-SCP certified).
- Internship certificate and letter of recommendation based on performance.
- Flexible remote setup, or in-office in Bengaluru.
