Field Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Field Engineer eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career with a top-tier, well-established General Contractor known for delivering complex, ground-up commercial projects. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with layout, surveying, and project documentation
• Supporting quality assurance and ensuring field compliance with plans and specs
• Maintaining accurate logs, drawings, and daily field documentation
• Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
• Helping drive schedule adherence and field productivity
• Learning the GC's best-in-class processes

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience or internships in commercial construction preferred
• Must be comfortable working in the Field and working in accordance with the Project Manager and Superintendent in managing projects
• Must be local to Arizona and have worked in AZ Construction
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A desire to grow within a reputable GC known for promoting talent from within
• Good tenure; professionals who are committed, reliable, and invested in long-term career development
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience) is a plus
