Management Trainee, Maui

About the Role

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility! We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at various locations throughout the island of Maui.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Serve as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put our customers first.
• Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Examples of relevant experience include: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality industry, military, athletics/team activities, or community/social/academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
