About the Role
Sun Tan City is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a Retail Sales Associate position. This role offers a dynamic, high-energy environment where hard work is rewarded with bonuses and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to meet all client needs professionally.
- Engage with clients, build good relationships, and understand/meet their needs.
- Make recommendations for products and services.
- Maintain minimum sales requirements.
- Multitask, including cleaning beds and engaging with new clients.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of salon areas: tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage.
- Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced salon environment.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
- Ability to bend down to pick up items from the floor.
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
Compensation
- Pay: UP TO $16.00 PER HOUR PLUS BONUSES
- Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $16.50
