About the Role
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and digital banking platforms.
- Process financial transactions with high speed and numerical accuracy.
- Execute strict KYC and AML verifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify client needs to cross-sell relevant retail banking, insurance, or investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and digital banking platforms.
- Daily Operations: Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with high speed and numerical accuracy.
- Compliance & Risk: Execute strict KYC (Know Your Customer) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Product Growth: Identify client needs and cross-sell relevant retail banking, insurance, or investment products.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- UG & Graduate Required.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital financial apps and a quick learner for core banking software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and active listening.
- Compliance Mindset: A sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Open to Freshers and professionals with up to 1 years of experience in BFSI operations.
- Full training will be provided.
- Preferred Skills: Fluency in English.
