About the Role
- This is a full-time Apprentice, Operations role based in Mumbai, India.
- You will report to Bhushan Sampath.
- You are the face of the company, communicating and responding to client requests to help them travel smart and achieve more.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
- Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of world Geography
- Working knowledge of Geography & Time zones
- Strong collaborator
- Active thinker
- Proactive in tasks
- Flexible in adapting to different types of training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with AI Microsoft tools
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effortlessly and possess customer service skills.
