About the Role
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will assist in collecting, cleaning, processing, and analyzing datasets to identify meaningful insights and support business decision-making. You will work with different data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. The role will provide practical exposure to data analysis, statistical concepts, data visualization, reporting, dashboard creation, and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from different sources.
- Clean and preprocess datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on analytical findings.
- Create dashboards, charts, and visualizations to present data effectively.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Work with Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
- Assist in preparing presentations based on data-driven insights.
- Identify data-related problems and recommend possible solutions.
- Collaborate with team members on data analytics projects.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with Python and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn and work on practical data analytics projects.
- Basic understanding of data handling and analytical concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong research and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Employment Type: Full-Time Internship
- Stipend: Performance-Based, up to ₹7,500/-
