About the Role
DAJ Legal is a New Delhi-based legal services firm offering a hybrid work model for its Legal Intern position. The internship provides exposure to real-world legal work, professional mentorship, and opportunities to develop core legal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research.
- Perform case law analysis.
- Prepare legal notes and briefs.
- Summarize client matters and review legal issues for consulting activities.
- Assist in preparing opinions under supervision.
- Draft and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate files and case records.
- Communicate regularly with supervising legal professionals.
- Participate in internal discussions.
- Adhere to confidentiality and professional ethics.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with legal databases.
- Basic MS Office tools.
Qualifications
- Ongoing or completed studies at a recognized law school with a strong foundation in Law.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret Legal Issues.
- Skills in Legal Consulting.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation.
- Clear and professional Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong research and analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Prior internship experience is an advantage.
