About This Role
Support business growth by identifying potential opportunities, building client relationships, conducting outreach, and contributing to partnership development and business expansion initiatives. The Business Development Intern role at K12 Hunar is a remote internship focused on supporting the growth of partnerships with schools, organizations, and other stakeholders in the education ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market research
- Identifying potential partner institutions
- Assisting with lead generation campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools
- Supporting outreach activities by preparing emails, presentations, and proposals
- Participating in virtual meetings or calls to understand partner needs and share information about K12 Hunar's programs
- Collaborating with internal teams on student engagement initiatives
- Compiling performance reports
- Contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and partnership effectiveness
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market research data for decision-making
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders
- Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify, qualify, and prioritize potential partners
- Customer Service mindset with the ability to build relationships and respond to partner or client queries professionally
- Comfort with remote work, including use of digital collaboration tools and basic CRM or spreadsheet tools
- Interest in the education sector, student development, and social impact initiatives
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong research skills
- Written English

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Education, or related field
