About MIYO
At MIYO, we're building more than a dessert brand—we're building a space people love. A place where you walk in for a dessert and leave with a smile, a memory, maybe even a new friend. As we grow, we're looking for an Operations Associate to work directly with the founders and help drive the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating structure, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting daily operations across outlets and the central kitchen
- Ensuring SOPs are followed and helping improve operational processes
- Creating and maintaining SOP documentation
- Managing inventory, stock planning, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Supporting central kitchen setup, production planning, and recipe management
- Assisting with new product launches and operational execution
- Spending time on-ground to ensure teams, systems, and service standards are running smoothly
- Working closely with the founders on projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel / Google Sheets
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved on-ground when needed
