About the Role

Internovo Ventures runs Meta lead generation campaigns for premium Mumbai residential projects. We are building Meta Ads Autopilot, an in-house tool that launches campaigns from a brief, reviews them every few hours and makes safe changes, judged on cost per qualified lead. Our servers run on Microsoft Azure. This is not a typical 9-to-5 internship. We need someone who enjoys juggling several tasks at once, keeps track of each one, and takes ownership of the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare campaign briefs and check ad sets and ads before they go live, including the MahaRERA number on every ad and form.
• Review spend, leads, cost per qualified lead and creative fatigue each day, and flag anything that needs a decision.
• Keep every lead's CRM status current (fake, unreachable, qualified, site visit, booked), since these statuses feed back to Meta.
• Keep the approved creative pool up to date and track which creatives are tired.
• Sort the approval queue, check the reason for each action, and route it to the right person.
• Track monthly Azure costs for hosting, databases, monitoring, the WhatsApp API and LLM usage. Set budgets and alerts, and suggest cheaper options.
• Write the weekly summary in plain language, with simple charts where they help.
• Help run structured A/B tests and record the results.
• Test new features of the tool, log bugs and write clear notes for developers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager: campaigns, ad sets, ads and budgets.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure: at least one of Cost Management and Billing, App Service, Azure Database for PostgreSQL or Azure Monitor.
• Good written English, and comfort writing short WhatsApp messages in English or Hindi.
• Clear organisation: you can handle several tasks in one day and track each one.
• Attention to detail: a small budget mistake can cost real money.

Preferred Skills

• Azure cost management experience: budgets, cost alerts, tagging and Azure Advisor recommendations.
• Azure hosting or data experience: App Service, Azure Functions, PostgreSQL Flexible Server or Redis.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL or scripting.
• Experience with CRM tools or lead management.
• Knows how to use AI tools and platforms.
• Interest in real estate marketing, and basic understanding of India's DPDP Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Candidates from other disciplines with Meta Ads or Azure project experience are also encouraged to apply.
