About the Role

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Their duties include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They also make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
• Available shifts include: Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, Closing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour. Actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional Compensation:
• Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
