About the Role
SMARRTIF AI is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and manage application tracking
- Campus Hiring & Intern Management
- Support college hiring drives and internship processes
- Manage applications, assignments, and candidate communication
- HR Operations
- Prepare HR documents (offer letters, certificates, LORs)
- Maintain employee/intern records and databases
- Employee Engagement
- Assist in onboarding and engagement activities
- Handle basic employee/intern queries
- Learning & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and track participation
- Support skill development initiatives
- Performance Management
- Assist in tracking performance and evaluations
- Maintain feedback and performance records
- HR Reporting & Support
- Maintain HR dashboards and reports
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment process
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Power BI is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Interest in HR consulting and talent management
