- This is an outbound collections process.
- Role: Senior Tele calling Officer in Collections Calling Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly.
