About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support resolution of technical challenges in coordination with structural engineers and project managers.
• Maintain site documentation.
• Prepare daily progress reports.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support efficient execution and adherence to project objectives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• On-site supervision skills
• Practical experience managing civil construction activities at project locations
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, engineering teams, and other project stakeholders
• Quality control and inspection skills to verify compliance with drawings, standards, and safety requirements
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles and their application in civil construction projects
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of project scheduling tools
• Commitment to safety and ethical work practices
• Familiarity with construction codes and standards

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in site execution for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in an urban environment such as Bengaluru is an advantage.
