About the Role
This role is for a Team Leader at TP, focusing on general customer service, including post-sale technical and non-technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing remote customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text.
- Performing call center-based customer support for a high volume of low complexity inquiries.
- Analyzing and resolving customer issues (typically in an office environment) for a lower volume of higher complexity inquiries.
- Performing distribution center customer service, including in product returns/repair centers or field walk-in customer service facilities.
- Acting as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.
- Providing technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center.
- Managing and overseeing the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
- Supervising the work of less experienced professionals, providing expertise, and taking responsibility for the end-product.
- Improving day-to-day activities and processes.
