Project Assistant

About the Role

Full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru.

This role supports project teams by coordinating schedules, preparing documentation, and maintaining organized records for ongoing assignments. The Project Assistant will assist with data collection, basic analysis, and the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client use.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle project coordination activities such as scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Strong skills in data handling, including collecting, organizing, and presenting information clearly.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and project management applications).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and adapt to changing project needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or work experience in consulting, real estate, construction, or project-based roles is an advantage.
